I want to go back to the gym in three days. I currently do not lift weights, mostly cardio and body-weight exercises (prisoner squats, push-ups, one-leg RDL’s, pull-ups, dips, etc). If I continue to care for my ailment, can I be able to work out again without further aggravating it?

how to get rid of external hemorrhoids im only 16?

i have two i reckon! i dont no why or how i got them but i dont wanna go to the drs and i just want to know how to get rid of them. if i do go to the drs how do they look at them? i was also wondering when i *** and i zip it up i leak and urin still comes out? just like 6 drops but why? please help me
