does internal hemorrhoids means you are bleeding inside/within?

Since hemorrhoids don’t necessarily bleed, internal hemorrhoids just mean that the hemorrhoidal tissue that is swollen is inside your **** rather than outside.

No. It means you have hemorrhoids,which are basically engorged blood vessels. They can bleed, but they do not necessarily bleed. And if they do bleed,it’s usually intermittent. You should check with your doctor because there are preparations you can use to alleviate symptoms and, if they are severe, they can be removed.
