i had it done a yr ago…was in hospital 3 1/2 days…they gave me an IV with meds in it…liquid diet to start with…im not gonna lie….it was very painful…esp going to potty 1st time…felt like someone taking a firing hot rod and shoving up bottom….i was only out of work a week….slightly painful sitting and standing up…using a blowup cushion helps…sitz baths…any more info, please email
