Its normal. It yucky I know but try pushing them back up. If there not to terrible just leave them and they will go in a few days. Try and stay off your feet if possible.

It happens sometimes but I suggest you talk to your doctor. It can just because of something you eat. But it can also happen every time you go to the WC if it’s not cured. Even if it’s not that terrible, it’s not that cool.
